    It is with heavy hearts that we have come to the decision to exit the consumer ISP market and will no longer be able to offer you any services effective from 30 September 2019.

    But no need to worry, we have found a new home for you at Web Connection. With years of experience connecting their clients to the internet, Web Connection has built a solid reputation on excellent client service and affordable, low prices.

    What will happen now?

    You will need to sign up with Web Connection, one of their service champions will make contact with you to assist you with the migration of your account over the next few days.

    You may use this opportunity to change your package if you would like. Otherwise you will be kept on your current connection speed.

Partial Transit Outage (Resolved)

    Our engineers have also seen some intermittent connectivity to some networks including MTN and Afrihost.

    We have as a result temporarily de-peered with the particular transit provider and are making use of our backup facilities. All services should now be back to normal and be working as expected.

    Once the problem is resolved we will turn up our direct peering with these networks (this will be attempted outside of regular business hours)

    One of our BGP transit providers are presently experiencing a service blackout.

    Our backup feeds have automatically been enabled and services should not be effected - there might however be some delays in accessing some international websites while our routing is being recalculated.
